Christian Mayola started in the trades, doing electrical, pressure washing, and landscaping as a third-party contractor. He spent the majority of his career running electrical install crews for Walmart HQ, traveling across all 50 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico handling major appliance installations, rotisserie ovens, commercial dishwashers, industrial-grade equipment at scale.

He's been on both sides, contracting and corporate. He knows what a professional operation looks like, what separates a job done right from one done fast, and what it takes to build a team that holds a standard. After years working at the corporate level, he's coming back to the trades as an owner.

Procore exists because Christian saw the DMV's exterior-cleaning problem firsthand. Three of four seasons in Arlington and DC are pollen-heavy, turning cars yellow, windows disgusting, and house exteriors filthy. He started Procore to solve that specific local problem with a team that actually knows the trade.

Christian isn't the face of the brand, he's the operator behind it. His team is what customers interact with day to day. That's intentional. He's focused on building the right operation so that every job gets done to the same standard, whether he's on site or not.
